Supplier rules travel with the booking

Airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators and other suppliers set their own amendment, cancellation, refund and no-show conditions. If circumstances beyond reasonable control affect the trip — including severe weather, government restrictions, route closures or supplier disruption — the team will help identify workable alternatives. Any refund remains subject to what the relevant supplier returns and to services already used or paid for.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for medical events, cancellation, interruption, baggage and other risks relevant to the destination.

The traveller remains responsible for eligibility

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, permits, health documents, identification and any other entry or boarding requirement. Raj can provide passport and visa-process guidance, but an embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other issuing body alone decides whether and when an application is approved.

Names, dates of birth and document numbers supplied for ticketing must match the travel document exactly. Tell the team immediately if a confirmation contains an error.

Only what is useful for the journey

The planning form creates a message for you to send and may remember the brief in your own browser. If you contact Raj, the company receives information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone, email, dates, party size, preferences and budget. It is used to respond, prepare options, make authorised reservations and support the resulting journey.

Where necessary, booking details or identification may be shared with the suppliers and authorities involved in fulfilling the trip. Raj does not need your information for unrelated advertising. This website may load third-party services such as Google Maps and links to WhatsApp; those services operate under their own privacy terms.

You may ask the team to correct or delete enquiry information that no longer needs to be retained, subject to legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and booking-record obligations.
